LATAR BELAKANG
Pembuatan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menerangkan tentang tipe-tipe organisasi serta strukturnya.

Untuk membuat sebuah organisasi yang baik,terlebih dahulu kita harus membuat tipe dari bentuk organisasi yang baik dengan menggunakan struktur atau skema organisasi.

1. Tipe-tipe organisasi
1. Piramida mendatar atau flat.
ciri-ciri organisasi flat:
a. Jumlah satuan organisasi tidak banyak sehingga tingkat-tingkat hirarki kewenangan sedikit
b. Jumlah pekerja (bawahan) yang harus dikendalikan cukup banyak
c. Format jabatan untuk tingkat pimpinan sedikit karena jumlah pimpinan relatif kecil.
2. Piramida terbalik
Organisasi piramida terbalik.salah satu unit dari tipe piramida. Piramida terbalik ialah jumlah jabatan pimpinan lebih besar daripada jumlah pekerja. Organisasi ini hanya cocok untuk organisasi - organisasi yang pengangkatan pegawainya berdasarkan atas jabatan fungsional seperti organisasi-organisasi/lembaga - lembaga penelitian, lembaga- lembaga pendidikan.
3. Tipe Kerucut.
ciri-ciri organisasi kerucut :
a. Jumlah satuan organisasi banyak sehingga tingkat-tingkat hirarki/kewenangan banyak.
b. Rentang kendali sempit.
c. Pelimpahan wewenang dan tanggungjawab dapat dilakukan sampai kepada pejabat/pimpinan yang bawah/rendah.
d. Jarak antara pimpinan tingkat atas dengan pimpinan tingkat bawah terlalu jauh.
e. Jumlah informasi jabatan cukup besar.

Struktur organisasi adalah susunan komponen-komponen (unit-unit kerja) dalam organisasi. Struktur organisasi menunjukkan adanya pembagian kerja dan meninjukkan bagaimana fungsi-fungsi atau kegiatan-kegiatan yang berbeda-beda tersebut diintegrasikan (koordinasi). Selain daripada itu struktur organisasi juga menunjukkan spesialisasi-spesialisasi pekerjaan, saluran perintah dan penyampaian laporan.

Kode Standar Amerika untuk Pertukaran Informasi atau ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) merupakan suatu standar internasional dalam kode huruf dan simbol seperti Hex dan Unicode tetapi ASCII lebih bersifat universal, contohnya 124 adalah untuk karakter "|". Ia selalu digunakan oleh komputer dan alat komunikasi lain untuk menunjukkan teks. Kode ASCII sebenarnya memiliki komposisi bilangan biner sebanyak 8 bit. Dimulai dari 0000 0000 hingga 1111 1111. Total kombinasi yang dihasilkan sebanyak 256, dimulai dari kode 0 hingga 255 dalam sistem bilangan Desimal.
